Holiday Basket program
In order to receive a holiday basket, you must fill out an application and return it to the store by December 1, 2009. Applications are good for two years. If you received a basket from us last year; and your information has not changed; a volunteer will call you to update your file. If you know of anyone who needs our help please contact us so we can be of help to them. Click below for a pdf copy of our application. Please return it to the store as soon as possible.
