Hi Folks-
Another great rummage sale under our belts!!!
WOW I don’t even know where to begin.
The generosity of our community is astounding.
From all the folks that give us their loot that we sell for
the benefit of our clients, to the kind folks at both the Fletcher
Foundation and The Society of Vermont Artists and Craftsmen to the
dedicated volunteers whom
worked beyond bone tired and do it with such flair.
(Then go home and bake into the night) Our bakers are the
absolute best. Acme
movers have nothing on our crew. This is not to mention the generous
and enthusiastic shoppers.
Mid steam we even had some converts that came to shop then
wanted to help. We had a
couple of young ladies that were especially entertaining, buying
dress-up clothes. (One of them happens to be my niece but after
spending their allowance both girls pitched in to distribute water
to the volunteers.)
Each sale we make new friends
and discover talent within our group that we were unaware of.
If you would like to spend time with a great group of folks
and do something nice for your neighbors that are struggling,
