We operate a Thrift Store at 37B Main Street, Ludlow VT. We are located behind the armory building now known as the Ludlow community center. Turn at the military tank on 103s and go up and around to our new location in the back. All of our proceeds go directly towards helping our clients. We are open Monday Thru Saturday From 10 am until 4pm.

Donations of Gently Worn or Like New and New Clothing, House Wares, Toys, Books, Small Appliances, Nick-Knacks, Jewelry, and Small sized furniture are accepted Monday thru Saturday From 10 am till 3pm.  We do have an after hours drop off door located on the side of the building.  Please do not leave items outside.

*** All items must be totally functional in accordance with their purpose and in good condition as to their appearance.  Such determinations shall be made solely by the representative of Black River Good Neighbor Services who receives and evaluates the items.
Items that we cannot accept at any time:
-Cribs or car seats
-Adult Skis, Snowboards, Ski & Snowboard Boots, Ski Poles
-Major Appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers)
-Computers or related electronics
-Chain saws or other gas driven power equipment
-Items that are broken or not in good usable/working condition

Items that we can accept at any time:
-Small Appliances in good condition (microwaves, toaster ovens, coffee pots, -VCR's DVD's etc.
-Kitchen chairs and small kitchen tables in good condition
-Lamps
-Small Television (only in working condition and with remote control)
-Any item small enough for one employee to carry without a cart

Items Accepted by appointment only:
-Any item requiring a pick up
Beds and mattresses
-dressers and bed tables
-Dining room tables, chairs, side boards
-Couches, loveseats, stereo/TV cabinets
-Coffee tables, end tables, miscellaneous chairs and tables
-Rocking chairs, upholstered chairs
-Bookcases, desks, filing cabinets, office chairs
-Large televisions (only in working condition and with remote control)
-Tools and ladders in good condition
Other items at the discretion of the volunteer picking up the item

$4.00 to $6.00	Dress shirts, skirts, dresses sweaters, bathing suits, children's winter outerwear,
$3.00	Sweaters, pants & jeans sweat shirts, casual shirts T-shirts & shoes, Pjamas, night gowns and robes.
$2.50	Shorts, men’s & women's, gloves  face guards, tank tops
$2.00	Purses, slippers, records, VHS, DVD, CD and tapes, hard cover books, toddler clothing, kids clothing
$1.00 - $1.50	Scarves, hats, belts, infant outfits, puzzles & hard cover books, children's &adult under things, children's and paperback books.

We collect and sell many things at our Rummage Sales we hold at Fletcher Farm Rough Barn that we cannot accept at the store. If you are unsure about an item or it is extremely large we would rather you donate them just prior to our sales.  Storage space is a premium, please call the store with any questions you have.
